3. Turnaround Time: Completed analysis will typically be delivered within one week. If delays arise, you will be notified promptly.

4. Submission Requirements: Clients are required to submit their manuscript in a Microsoft Word document or a Google Doc link with editing permissions enabled ("Anyone with the link can edit").

5. Confidentiality and Copyright: All submitted work remains confidential unless written permission is provided to use the work as a sample. Ownership of all submitted work remains with the client.

6. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by the client based on the feedback provided.
