Done-for-you GPTs Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and XPLovecat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the purchase and use of our Custom GPT Packages. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. What’s Included

Each package includes:

  1. Strategy Call: A one-on-one call to discuss your goals, workflow, and the GPTs that will best support your business.

  2. Custom GPT Creation: Personalized instructions built in your voice and tailored to your business needs. These instructions are provided for you to use within ChatGPT.

  3. Walkthrough Videos: Short, easy-to-follow videos showing how to use each GPT efficiently.

  4. One Revision Round: After the first delivery, you may request one round of revisions for adjustments, refinements, or improvements.

  5. Email Support: You receive 14 days of email support following final delivery. Support includes troubleshooting, light adjustments, and guidance on how to use your GPTs effectively.

2. What’s Not Included

  • Ongoing monthly or long-term support

  • Management of your ChatGPT account or settings

  • Additional revisions beyond the included round

  • Creation of new GPTs outside of your chosen package

  • Full branding or copywriting delivered by me (your GPT will assist with this, but I do not personally write or design your assets)

  • Technical support not directly related to the GPTs created for you

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Attend the scheduled strategy call

  • Provide any requested writing samples or information

  • Test the GPTs during the trial period

  • Communicate feedback clearly and within the revision window

Failure to provide necessary materials may delay the project.

4. Delivery Timeline

Turnaround time is generally two weeks from the date of your strategy call. Timelines may vary depending on the Client’s responsiveness during the process.

If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

5. Revisions

Your package includes one round of revisions.
Revisions must be requested within:

  • 14 days of first delivery, and

  • Before the start of your 14-day support window

Revisions are intended for adjustments, refinement, and alignment — not full redesigns or creating new GPTs.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds are only available if:

  • You request a refund before the strategy call takes place and no work has begun (typically within 24 hours of purchase).

After work begins, no refunds will be issued.

7. Email Support Window

You will receive 14 days of email support after final delivery.

Support includes:

  • Troubleshooting

  • Minor adjustments

  • Questions about how to use your GPTs

Support does not include:

  • Additional revisions

  • Creation of new GPT functions

  • Full marketing or copywriting done by me

  • Technical support unrelated to your GPT’s use

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full rights to the GPT instructions created for your business.

  • You may use them in ChatGPT as many times as you wish.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or publish the instructions as templates or products.

  • We retain ownership of the frameworks, processes, and methods used to create your GPTs.

9. Confidentiality

Any materials, business details, writing samples, or information you share during this process will be kept strictly confidential.
We will not use your content for marketing or training unless you give explicit written permission.

10. Communication

All communication will be conducted via email and/or scheduled calls.
I respond to support messages within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

11. Use of AI Tools

This service creates custom instructions for use inside ChatGPT.
The Company is not responsible for:

  • AI downtime or outages

  • Changes made by OpenAI to the ChatGPT platform

  • Any inaccuracies or output generated by ChatGPT outside the scope of your custom instructions

12. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing this service, you agree that XPLovecat LLC is not liable for:

  • Business outcomes or results

  • Revenue changes

  • Decisions made using AI outputs

  • Errors produced by the ChatGPT platform

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it.

13. Agreement

By purchasing a Custom GPT Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
